The purpose of the pre-poo is to deeply nourish the hair to limit the drying and detergent side of the shampoo.
Step 2: Shampoo.
You must apply your shampoo by rubbing your scalp with your fingertips. Never with your nails! You can opt for shampoos that foam such as mild shampoos. In case you need a deep cleanse, don't hesitate to turn to a clarifying shampoo once a month.
