  • This service consists of sending a box containing products selected by Ma Routine Naturelle every three calendar months to subscribers, to allow them to discover new brands and new cosmetic hair products.

    Subscriptions can be taken out as part of promotional operations set up from time to time by Ma Routine Naturelle. The conditions relating to these operations appear on the site or are communicated by means of a Newsletter.

  • Availability of subscriptions
  • The opening of subscriptions to subscription offers will be set and modified freely by Ma Routine Naturelle. The period of access to the subscription of subscription offers will be for a period of 15 days (from the 1st to the 15th of the previous month) and communicated via social networks, the Newsletter and any other means of information available to Ma Natural Routine to inform its customers.

    After this period, customers who will no longer have access to this service will be invited to subscribe to the Newsletter in order to be kept informed of the next opening of subscriptions.


  • The quarterly subscription
  • This is a subscription allowing the customer to pay and receive a box of hair routine every three months.

    The subscription can be subscribed within the framework of promotional operations set up punctually by Ma Routine Naturelle. The conditions relating to these operations appear on the site or are communicated by means of a Newsletter and social networks.


  • Billing cycle
  • The customer is billed automatically every 3 months.

    Subscription to the quarterly subscription includes a monthly installment payable at the time of online payment. The following monthly payments will be automatically debited every 3 months (the 1st day of the corresponding month).

    For a first subscription, the 1st monthly payment will be made in the month preceding the delivery of the 1st routine. Example: first subscription on November 1 , the 1st monthly payment will be on November 1 and the 1st routine delivered during the month of December then the second on March 1, then June 01, etc.

    The customer can pay by credit card, PayPal, Interac, directly on the website in secure payment. Your card is debited when the order is validated and/or at the beginning of each month in the case of a quarterly subscription.


  • Cancellation of the quarterly subscription
  • The quarterly subscription includes a subscription for 2 boxes of the moment before being able to cancel. Before this deadline termination is not possible and payments received cannot be canceled or refunded.

    From the second payment and the receipt of the second box, the customer can cancel his subscription and no fees will be requested, automatic billing will be canceled , the customer must access his customer account to proceed with the cancellation of his subscription. . In the event of a problem canceling/modifying their subscription, the customer must contact customer service by email at maroutinenaturelle@gmail.com.


  • The annual subscription
  • The annual subscription is an offer allowing the customer to pay in one go for the 4 boxes of the Moment, i.e. 1 box delivered every 3 months over a period of 12 months.

    The annual subscription automatically and exclusively includes 4 “Current Boxes” regardless of the subscription start date. The customer will receive their first box according to the current box calendar.

    The customer cannot claim to receive any other products offered on the site without placing and paying for an order in addition to his annual subscription.

    When taking out an annual subscription, it is up to the customer to ensure that the subscription meets his needs and choices.


  • Billing cycle
  • The customer makes a single payment, in one go when paying online.

    On the anniversary date and after receipt of its 4th box, the annual subscription is automatically terminated without further action to be taken by the customer.

    The customer will be free to subscribe to a new subscription by placing an order directly on the Site .

    The customer can pay by credit card, PayPal, Interac, directly on the website in secure payment.


  • Cancellation of the annual subscription
  • Taking out an annual subscription commits the customer for 12 months.

    This cannot be canceled and is non-refundable.

    The annual subscription ends automatically on the anniversary date and upon receipt of the 4th box of the Moment by the customer.

    The customer will receive an email informing him of the end of his annual subscription and can subscribe if he wishes to a new annual subscription by validating a new subscription on the site.

    The subscription can be subscribed within the framework of promotional operations set up punctually by Ma Routine Naturelle. The conditions relating to these operations appear on the site or are communicated by means of a Newsletter.


  • Shipping as part of subscriptions
  • Ma Routine Naturelle provides delivery via the subscription offer anywhere in Canada.

    Delivery costs are offered. No additional action will be requested from the customer.

    However: additional delivery charges may apply if the customer has a combined order: subscription + single product(s) for example. In this case, only the delivery costs of the products per unit are automatically deducted.


  • Online Store

  • The products offered for sale by maroutinenaturelle.com/ca are valid as long as they are presented on the site, and within the limits of available stocks.

    The photographs and texts illustrating the products have no contractual value and remain the exclusive property of their author.

    In the event of unavailability of a product after placing your order, we will inform you as soon as possible by email or telephone. You will have the option of either modifying or canceling your order. In the context of a cancellation, the reimbursement of your order will be made either by credit or Interac to your bank account.

  • Shipping when ordering on the online store
  • The products ordered by the customer will be delivered to the address indicated by the latter on the order form. As such, the customer will have the possibility of having the products delivered to an address other than his own. The customer is responsible for the quality of the information he provides on our site and which is necessary for the processing of his order. He must in particular check that the contact details to ensure the proper delivery of his order are accurate.

  • Refund Policy
  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

    The use of natural ingredients for the manufacture of the products can cause variations, for example in color.

    We may offer product replacement or purchase credit.

    In the event of a problem with your last purchase, please contact customer service by email at maroutinenaturelle@gmail.com .


  • Dysfunction and expiration of means of payment
  • If the customer changes credit card during the subscription or if his credit card expires, he must pay the sums due by Interac, PayPal or via another means of payment in order to receive the box of the Moment within a delay of 48 hours from receipt of the email notification of a transaction failure.

    If the customer does not have the necessary funds on his accounts or his ceiling has been reached in sum or if his means of payment were to be blocked by his bank, he should pay the sums due by another means of payment. Interac or via PayPal in order to receive the box of the Moment within 48 hours of receipt of the email notification of a failed transaction.

    Beyond 48 hours Ma Routine Naturelle will be free to cancel the customer's subscription as well as shipments of the “Du Moment” box that has not been paid for.

    Ma Routine Naturelle also reserves the right to blacklist customers with more than 2 payment defaults during their quarterly subscription and/or having canceled more than 2 times.

    Ma Routine Naturelle reminds the customer that all the “boxes of the moment” are also offered individually without any commitment on the site and invites all customers who prefer one-off purchases to buy the box of the moment without commitment.


  • Change of situation – Address
  • The customer undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information on his situation, in particular his postal address, throughout the duration of his subscription.

    The customer must inform Ma Routine Naturelle by all means available to him of any change that may affect the proper execution of his order and the delivery of his boxes.

    The customer has access to his customer account where he can update his postal address at any time. Any change must be made at least 15 days before the launch months of the boxes of the Moment in order to be taken into account by My Natural Routine (see article 2 - calendar of the boxes of the Moment)

    Example: the customer changed address on February 7th. The next box comes out in June. The customer must have made his change of address no later than May 15 via his customer account or by email to maroutinenaturelle@gmail.com

    Ma Routine Naturelle cannot be held responsible for delivery to an old address if it has not been notified sufficiently in advance.

    Ma Routine Naturelle also invites the customer to set up the redirection of his mail with his postal agency.
